Shipping
Policy:

We offer Free Shipping on all Inkjet
cartridges, Battery, Chargers, Cables and Memory orders by USPS First
Class Mail. The First Class Mail usually takes 3-10 business days. For
those who want to receive their orders faster, we also offer Priority
Mail for $4.6 flat. The Priority Mail takes 2-4 business days. No
international order is accepted. Ship to AK,GU,HI,VI,AP,AE,AA,FP cost
extra.

We offer Free Shipping on all Toner/Drum
Cartridges orders in the United States (except AK, HI, VI, and PR) by UPS
Ground. The UPS Ground takes 3-7 business
days. No international order is accepted. We do NOT
ship Toner Cartridge by First Class or Priority Mail.

For in stock items, orders placed before 5:00PM EST M-F are
usually shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 5:00PM EST M-F will be
shipped the next business day.

If the Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items, we
will promptly ship the in-stock items first, and ship the out-of-stock items
right after we received them.
Return Policy:
All goods supplied by 1800emart are of the
highest quality. However from time to time a product may be found to be
faulty or defective. Under our warranty policy, you may return a product
for either a replacement or refund if you are not 100% satisfied. Note.
our warranty is limited recycled products only and does not apply to repairs,
cleaning or other expenses associated with your printer.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
("RMA") number within the applicable Return or Warranty period.
Please contact Customer Service by email (support@1800emart.com) to
request an RMA. RMA number in
addition to return instructions will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days.
The RMA number is necessary to coordinate returns with our warehouse and
accounting department. 1800emart.com will not accept returns without prior
authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days,
within which 1800emart.com must receive the returned products. RMA numbers will
not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA
number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
Replacement can be sent once only. Customer agrees to use only reputable
carries capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire
value of the shipment. It is customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping
fee to return products for refund or replacement. Customer agrees to bear all
shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable
condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank
warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. A 30%
restocking fee will be charged for all returns except defective products which
are replaced. This restocking fee applies to orders returned for a refund,
refused for delivery or returned to the shipper for any reason.
Customers
returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid
within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their return.
- Inkjet
/Toner /Drum Cartridges:
Refunds: All HP and Lexmark OEM inkjet cartridges are
full warranted by HP and Lexmark.
We are not responsible for any return or exchange of the HP and
Lexmark OEM inkjet
cartridges.
Defective
products can be returned for refund at 1800emart.com discretion within 30 days
from the invoice date. 1800emart.com
will issue a full refund for defective products (less extra shipping charges)
once the defective item has been received and inspected. The
refund will be processed within 7 days after we received it back. . It is our policy that all returned
cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. If
the product returned is not ours or the cartridge has more than 30% empty, then
we can not give any refund. If you want the cartridge back, you will have an opportunity to
make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
If the returned
products proved to be non -defective, then 30% restock fee will be charged.
Replacements: Defective
products can be returned for replacement at 1800emart.com discretion within 180
days from the invoice date. We are unable to send replacement until we receive the products being returned. If you need a
replacement product right away, we suggest you ask for a refund and place a new
order. Your new order will be processed immediately. 1800emart.com will
ship a replacement and charge it to your credit card. Once the defective
product is received back to our warehouse, we will issue a full credit within
7-15 business days of receipt. Customer
is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Battery & Chargers:
Refunds: Defective products can be returned for refund at
1800emart.com discretion within 30 days from the
invoice date. 1800emart.com
will issue a full refund for defective products (less extra shipping charges)
once the defective item has been received and inspected. If the returned
products proved to be non -defective, then 30% restock fee will be charged. If
the product returned is not ours, or incomplete then we
can not give any refund. If
you want the battery or chargers back, you will have an opportunity to make
payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you. Customer
is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Replacements: Defective products can be returned for replacement at
1800emart.com discretion within 90 days from the
invoice date. We
are unable to make refunds or send replacement until we receive the products
being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you ask
for a refund and place a new order. Your new order will be processed
immediately. Once the defective product is received back to our
warehouse, we will issue a full credit within 7-15 business days of receipt.
Customer is

Refunds: All Sony and Sandisk Memory products are non-refundable. All claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.

invoice date. We
are unable to make refunds or send replacement until we receive the products
being returned. If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you
place a new order. Your new order will be processed immediately. Once
the defective product is received back to our warehouse, we will issue a full
